All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payments: Payments must be made using approved payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Shipping & Delivery: Shipping times and costs are specified at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other unforeseen circumstances. Returns & Refunds: Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. IT Services

Scope of Work: IT services (including consulting, installation, and support) will be performed in accordance with the service agreement or statement of work provided at the time of engagement. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, grant necessary system access, and maintain appropriate licenses for third-party software.

Service Availability: While we strive to provide reliable IT support, we cannot guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Limitation: We are not responsible for data loss, system downtime, or damages resulting from factors outside our control (e.g., hardware failure, power outages, or client misconfiguration).

5. UCaaS and Telecom Services

Regulatory Compliance: All UCaaS/telecom services comply with applicable laws, including FCC and E911 regulations. Service Use: You may not use our telecom services for illegal purposes, including, but not limited to, robocalling, fraud, harassment, or sending spam SMS/MMS messages. Billing: Monthly or usage-based charges for telecom services are billed as per your service agreement. Taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees (including USF, TRS, and E911) may apply. Call Recording: Where call recording is enabled, you are responsible for complying with state and federal consent laws. Number Portability: We adhere to FCC guidelines for number portability. Porting times may vary depending on the carrier. Termination of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate telecom services for violations of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment of fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, software, product images, and marketing materials are the property of Jnoc Production LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Jnoc Production LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. We are not liable for service outages, dropped calls, internet downtime, or carrier-related issues affecting UCaaS/telecom services. For e-commerce purchases, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jnoc Production LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by law. You agree to waive class-action claims against Jnoc Production LLC.
