Q11: Do you support number porting?

Yes, we follow FCC guidelines for number porting. The process may take a few business days, depending on your carrier.

Q12: What fees should I expect with telecom services?

In addition to service charges, you may see regulatory fees (e.g., USF, TRS, E911) and carrier surcharges on your invoice.

Q13: Can I cancel my UCaaS service at any time?

You may cancel with written notice as outlined in your service contract. Refunds are not issued for partial billing cycles.

Q14: Do you offer call recording?

Yes, call recording is available. However, you are responsible for complying with state and federal consent laws.
